PLAY HARD FAQS

WHICH ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS DO YOU PROVIDE AFTERCARE FOR?

We currently provide after school care for children attending Zarrow International and College Bound Academy (both locations).

DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR AFTERCARE TUITION DURING BREAKS?

Aftercare tuition is charged on a monthly basis, but is only due weekly. With that in mind, when school is out of session (winter break, spring break, etc.), weekly tuition is still due in order to hold your child's space. We do offer "camp days" for an additional $20/day if currently enrolled in the aftercare program ($35/day if not currently enrolled).

If someone opts out of maintaining tuition during these breaks, they will be unenrolled from the program and will have to reenroll in order to resume care. In these cases, an enrollment fee will occur, as well as the current effective rates. This program is in high demand, so if a student becomes unenrolled, there is no guarantee that their spot will remain available.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?

The following discounts are available to our families:
Monthly Prepayment Discount - If tuition is paid monthly, versus weekly, you will receive the following discounts:
5% if paid via check/cash or online; 2.5% if paid via credit card
Sibling Discount - A 10% discount will be applied to all older siblings' tuition.

DO YOU ACCEPT DHS ASSISTANCE?

Yes! Our contract number is 29436 for all rooms (at our Eastside location) except our EHS room, which is 30061.

Our contract number is 29793 for our Brookside location.

We do not accept any other assistance, such as any tribes.

WHEN DO LATE PAYMENT FEES BEGIN?

Weekly tuition is due every Monday. A late fee of $5/day is assessed starting Tuesday morning. If weekly tuition as well as applicable late fees are not paid by Thursday morning, Play Hard reserves the right to unenroll the child from the program.

WHEN ARE ANNUAL ENROLLMENT FEES DUE?

Enrollment fees are due during initial enrollment, as well as every August. They are $50 per child or $100 per family.
